Here's my story. I'm a little log and stone cabin that is 440 square feet. My construction dates back to an indeterminate time, leaving my exact age a mystery. I'm situated on a lot with the size being twenty nine feet wide and sixty feet deep (29' x 60'). My roof top is metal and my exterior and interior could use some tender loving care. Inside there are two bedrooms, a living room with an old wood cookstove and a kitchen. I don't have any plumbing or water (I never have), however I did once have hydro and since I wasn't being used I was disconnected. I'm located on a year round paved road and there is hydro and telephone along the roadside. I could be restored to be a neat little three season cabin again. The taxes are $730.79 per year.
