There were 3117 Homes sales reported througn the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) MLS System for December 2022, Down 48.2% compared to December 2021. New Listings were also down on Year-Over-Year Basis by 21.3% from 5177  to 4074. Year-Over-Year, the average price has dipped by 9.2% to $1,051,216. The Market has slowed due to the rise of interest rates and the economy slowdow. In light of this, there are still tons of great oppertunities within the market.
