Step 1 – Get pre-approved for a mortgage

Your first step, trully difines the homes for sale that your are looking for, knowing what your price range will help narrow down the list to seeing only homes that you can afford. Step 3 – Wish list

Come up with list of needs and wants, including things you can’t live without, and things that you’d really like. Working with me, we’ll find the home or property to find a list of homes.

Step 4 – Go House Hunting!

Using our MLS system Realtors, you’ll get email notifications whenever a property matches exactly what you want. It’s fast and efficient, and it’s best way to see everything in real-time. Once you have narrowed down your list, we’ll go see the best homes for sale in the area that look promising, I’ll arrange the appointment to go and see them.

Step 5 – Make an offer on your Dream Home

Anoffer is a formal, legal proposal to purchase a home. If the offer is accepted by the seller, it is legally binding. The seller can accept your offer, reject it, or return it with a counter-offer. Here’s where my negotiating skills come in, I’ll here to help you get the right propery for the right price and terms. The offer can be conditional on many factors, including a condition to arrange financing, a condition to complete a satisfactory home inspection, a condition to arrange home insurance, and many more.

Step 6 – Accepted Offer and Closing

With an accepted offer, I’ll send your lawyer all the required paperwork, typcally a Title Search is done, finacing is arranged and the closing process beings. Prior to closing inform all utility, cable, phone, credit card, and internet suppliers of your upcoming move and arrange fire insurance coverage well in advance. On the day of closing inspect all appliances, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure that everything the seller has promised is in order.
